Why is Nexon so Popular?

The Tata Nexon has been one of the best-selling SUVs in its segment for a long time now. There are a number of reasons for this phenomenon. For those who may not be aware, here are a few of those reasons.

Nexon Recently Received a Facelift

One of the main reasons for the recent surge in the demand for the Tata Nexon is the launch of its facelift. Just a few months ago, Tata Motors gave this popular SUV a much-needed design and feature list refresh. The SUV has become more futuristic in appearance and more technologically advanced as well. It offers a number of segment-first features.

Sturdy Build Quality and 5-Star Safety

In the last few years, Tata Motors has made a name for itself as one of the top carmakers in terms of build quality and safety. The Nexon, in the Global NCAP, has scored a perfect 5-star rating and has proved itself as one of the safest cars in the country. The newest iteration of the Nexon comes with 6 airbags and a host of safety features.

Multiple Drivetrain Options

Another one of the most important reasons behind its success is the option between multiple drivetrains. The Nexon is offered with a turbo petrol engine, a diesel engine, and even electric drivetrains with different battery packs. This means that there is a Nexon for every type of buyer and hence the high sales volume.

Feature-Rich

As mentioned with the launch of the facelift, the Nexon has received a number of new features. It is one of the most tech-loaded SUVs in its segment. It comes equipped with features such as a massive 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, touch-based HVAC controls with two physical toggle switches, and an all-new 10.25-inch digital instrument gauge cluster.
