Samsung is currently working on the Galaxy S23 series and is rumoured to release it earlier than usual. The next flagship smartphone series from the South Korean tech giant is also expected to arrive with several improvements from this year’s Galaxy S22 series. This year Samsung also unveiled the latest foldable devices from the company — the Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Galaxy Z Flip 4 which comes with a “Light” mode that can be enabled by users within the Android settings. According to a report by Android Authority, a tipster named Ice Universe has revealed that Samsung is rumoured to bring this mode to its upcoming premium smartphone lineup which will help with the device’s battery life. The tipster didn’t mention if this feature will be available on other Samsung handsets.

The “Light” mode is a feature that is available on Samsung’s latest foldable devices — the Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Galaxy Z Flip 4.
