Last month, Ubisoft opened registrations for the closed beta of its upcoming Assassin’s Creed mobile game ‘Codename Jade’. However, the gaming studio didn’t confirm the date of the event at that time. The company has updated its blog post to announce the closed beta test of the upcoming mobile title will be held between August 3 and August 11. Interested players can still sign up to request access to the Codename Jade closed beta from the game’s official website. The global closed beta will be available on both Android and iOS devices.

The company has invited players from all over the world to participate in the closed beta, but the servers will be located in North America and Western Europe. Eligible players will be able to choose the server with the best connection for them. The company has also announced that the closed beta will feature English text and voice-over.
Android users who want to participate in the closed beta need to access the event from a device running Snapdragon 865 or above and Android 10 or above. Meanwhile, Apple users with iPhone 11 and above will be able to access the closed beta.

There are only 5,000 participant slots for the event. Ubisoft has also mentioned that “the version that will be used in the closed beta test is a work in progress and does not reflect the quality of the final version of the game.”
