Xiaomi Civi 3 features a 6.55-inch FHD+ 12-bit OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 1920Hz PWM dimming and support for HDR10+, Dolby Vision playback. The display can reach up to 1500 nits of peak brightness, with over 16000-level automatic brightness adjustment. The display is protected by the Corning Gorilla Glass 5.
The Civi 3 is equipped with a custom Dimensity 8200-Ultra chip and a portrait engine, along with a stainless steel VC liquid cooling system that covers an area of 4000mm², which is 68% larger than its predecessor, the Civi 2. The smartphone comes with 12GB/ 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB/ 512GB of UFS 3.1 internal storage. The Civi 3 runs Android 13-based MIUI 14. The smartphone boasts a 4500mAh battery with support for 67W fast charging.
The Civi 3 features two front-facing cameras located inside a punch-hole. One is a standard autofocus camera, while the other is a 100-degree ultra-wide-angle camera. Additionally, the smartphone has AI Super Sense Four Soft light and offers five different cool and warm light effects. The portrait engine, powered by the chip, claims to provide natural-looking portraits.
The main camera is a Sony IMX800 sensor, which is also used in the Xiaomi 13. It comes with a 1G+6P ultra-clear glass lens, OIS. Joining the main sensor is a 120-degree 8MP ultra-wide camera, as well as a 2MP macro camera. The front and rear cameras are capable of recording 4K video.
