Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Pro in for review

0 26

Xiaomi launched no less than five different Redmi Note 13 smartphones across the world. We received the Note 13 Pro+ and the Note 13 Pro 5G for review, and now it’s time to share our first impressions of the LTE-only Redmi Note 13 Pro.

The retail package includes a 67W charger a USB cable and a decent quality case, which is pretty solid for the price range.

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Pro is largely similar to the Poco M6 Pro, but comes with a 200 MP camera that it shares with the Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G.

The chipset of the Redmi Note 13 Pro is called Helio G99 Ultra, but we are yet to get any details from either Xiaomi or Mediatek on how it’s better than the regular Helio G99. We’ll see if there’s more than a fancy name to it by the time the review is complete.

Our unit comes in the Forest Green color and packs 8 GB RAM and 256 GB storage.

The camera department is quite intriguing because it is the exact same setup as in the Redmi Note 13 Pro+ with the Samsung ISOCELL HP3 sensor for the main camera.

We found out the camera has white balance issues during our preview of the Pro+, and we’ll dive deeper into this Pro to find out whether the issue is also present here or was a one-off.
