Recently, a report said that the social media platform is testing a new feature that will enable users to quickly access the Reels they have recently shared. It will make it easier for users to reshare a Reel that they have liked to another user later on.

Instagram will show a new row with the “Latest Shares” label which is available at the top of the direct messages (DM) section. If a user shares a single short video multiple times, it will show up only once with the avatar of the friend it was last shared with.
